We have over a decade of experience with resistance welding. Our
computer controlled one- and two-stage resistance welders, ranging
from 25-100 KVA, all have microprocessor based weld sequence
controllers. The adaptability of the controllers provide us with the
ability to offer consistent, quality welds for almost any welding
schedule imaginable. Combined with our capacity for milling and
lathing for the design, manufacturing and maintenance of electrodes
and weld fixtures, we have the resources to handle most any weld
product. Parts we currently weld for customers in a variety of
industries include: braking system components, brackets,
connectors, electrical current blade assemblies, throttle wires,
muffler plates, spring retainers etc.
